Achievements 

Jess was part of the Vine Eye Care team for four years. During her time here, she completed a professional development program designed to support career growth. Through the program, Jess gained a deeper understanding of how an optometry clinic operates, strengthened her professional skills, and built the confidence to navigate all aspects of the practice. It was a valuable learning experience that she highly recommends to others pursuing a career in eye care.

Andi was a valued member of the Vine Eye Care team for two years. She began with a job shadow experience, which led to a full-time role as she prepared to begin optometry school. Andi has since embarked on her journey to become an Optometrist, and credits her time at Vine Eye Care with providing the hands-on experience and foundational tools to support her future career aspirations.
