With the increasing use of digital devices and the switch from one mobile device to another through out the day, its no surprise the amount of digital strain experienced by most people today.
This spans across all age groups. My toddler can stare at his Ipad for three hours stretch if not stopped.
The downside to this is we often forget to take breaks in between.
The 20/20/20 rule can help as a reminder.
For very 20 minutes of digital device use, take a 20 second break to blink and stare 20 feet away.
Do not forget to have appropriate lightning in place while studying and using your mobile device.
