Little did we know this would happen but here we are in 2020 and witnessing a pandemic.

I have to admit this would change how we practise but one thing is for sure we are glad to have this time to reflect, engage and above all grow.

As it stands we have no idea when things would return to normal. One thing we are sure of is we are all in this together.

I have continued to work on my visualization and imagination and would encourage you to do same. As a Neuro-Optometrist and behavioural Optometrist I know the power of using your imagination. Create that happy place and see yourself floating in it.

Pick up a new hobby, learn a new skill or just dance and practise breathing and letting go.

Remember if you cant control it, you might as well hang in there and make meaningful memory that would last a life time. not just for you but also for your kids and for everyone around you.

For those we have lost due to this pandemic, we pray for your families and for peace. For the front line workers, we are praying for strength as you go through long hours.

Praying for peace and remember to practise your visualization and take comfort in the things that make you happy

Praying and hoping this ends sooner than we expect

Dr Maureen :)
